Price
All prices are inclusive of VAT at it’s current rate of 15%.

Order processing
Your order will be processed and dispatched within 2 working days.

Availability
All items are subject to availability. We will inform you within 2 working days if the goods you have ordered are not available and refund as appropriate.

Delivery
There is a standard delivery charge to mainland UK of £2.75. Your order will be sent by standard first class post. Although most orders will arrive the next working day, this is not a guaranteed service. If you would like your order to be posted outside mainland UK, or if you would like Royal Mail special delivery service, or you would like to collect your products direct from the Veterinary Centre, then please contact us, by e-mail or telephone.

Returns policy
You can return any product, for any reason, as long as it is within 2 weeks of the order date, for a full refund or exchange. The delivery cost is non refundable, and any costs incurred by you to return the item to us, are your own responsibility. We may refuse a refund if the product is not returned in a fully resaleable condition.
